Hello, I'm 4weeks out and had sex but only about 2 drops of semen....were you able to have more then that in time? Thank you in advance! JT

I am six months out. Still have retrograde ejaculation. I do have some pre ejaculate but i shoot air biscuits. Doctors dont tell all the downsides of this surgery. At least i still get an erection. I regret the surgery everyday. Still do not have full bladder control even on Gemtesa but it has improved.
