You can try to use Saline Nasal Spray.
it might help
To put some
Moisture into
your sinuses.
I use Fluticasone
Nasal Spray.
Bit that can dry you out
Also.

I can’t use msny nasal sprays
Can’t have steroid ones
Others hurt nasal tissues
Mn is wurst state for colds and allergies
They say it ranks 90th
Not at all true
Cold wind snow mold starts it all off and allergist says one can react to cold wind and sun
On 2nd allergy med
In Az better
