does anyone that has a osteoarthritis has a bothered the the bones in your palm that seems to be where most of my pain is is when I do anything those bones get extremely sore and I was just wondering if that was usual or unusual. I will use some of your suggestions for medications though appreciate it.

I’ve been having acupuncture treatments for my shoulder/back pain. It has made a world of difference. Just note, this is not a one treatment takes care of the pain or issue. It takes - maybe - several. Also, find a true good licensed acupuncturist. I’ve heard that there are ‘some’ out there that have like a certificate to peace acupuncture. 🤷‍♀️. Good luck. Blessings
