I get those directly from the lab and patient portal usually within 24-48 hours from all providers. Did you hear the cash register going cha ching in the background?

I get what you mean, but not here in Ontario. I do all my tests at the hospital lab, so they have to cover them with their core budget. If I used a private lab, they could bill OHIP per test, but it's still not all that much (for a PSA test, for example, OHIP pays the lab CA $30 =~ US $21).
