I have both cardiac and asthma/COPD health issues. I see both a pulmonologist and cardiologist. I see an allergist too as I have lots of allergies. My arteries are clear per cardiac cath but I’m prone to irregular heart beats (electrical vs plumbing). With your Takosubo diagnosis and elevated Troponin levels have you been referred to a cardiologist? I see an electrophysiologist who specializes in the electrical component of the heart. I had a rotten cold in Feb and was in Prednisone for 9 days and an antibiotic. It took me a full month to get back to my normal peak flow and O2 level. I keep track of this info daily to help my doctors and myself understand what’s going on with me. Hope you feel better soon!
