Relax, your numbers aren't that bad. I've been well over 1000 for 7 years and totally asymptomatic. Since you are already on a statin and aspirin, you're already taking action to prevent/slow your potential CAD. Just be moderate in your diet and lifestyle and enjoy life.

That actually gave me a little piece of mind.
What do they do for you? I just left an abusive husband not long ago so my stress and anxiety is over the top of my blood pressure is fine everything else is good except me worrying.
