@angelbutterfly4470, as you likely know, leptomeningeal disease occurs when your cancer has spread to the meninges. The meninges line the spinal cord and brain. Leptomeningeal disease is a form of metastatic cancer.

May I ask what type of cancer you originally had that spread to the brain? How are you doing?

I had 3 tumors in the meninges they said large b cell, I'm in surveillance mode but my dr says it will come back I've had a craniotomy chemo and radiation. My fatigue is really bad.
