I was diagnosed with MCTD last fall and my symptoms seem different than some others I’ve talked to who have this. I have brain fog, depression, fatigue and sometimes GI issues although I think I’ve been able to control the GI issues with supplements and diet. Diet and walking for me has been crucial. And not drinking much alcohol. I also supplement with many things - the most important again for me seem to be: collagen, collostrum, creatine, methylated multi vitamin, methyl folate, tumeric , omega , probiotic, glutathione, etc… but I also believe I’ve had breast implant illness and a lot has been caused from that and had them removed in March this year. I believe I had the Immune disorder all my life but it’s gotten worse since hitting 50, Covid , and being in perimenopause

I take the methylated folate and methylated MTV because I also recently found out that I have one gene mutation after getting tested for MTHR, so I was taking folic acid for a while but stopped as I should be taking methyl folate.
