So much conflicting information everywhere - yes, to checking with one’s immediate care team. Also, we can read clinical study reports to become informed. The trouble is no one person holds all the knowledge so when are we limiting possibility over caution? Rhetorical.
Vitamin B7 (Biotin) can definitely interfere with CA19-9 tests for pancreatic cancer.
There were interactions between antioxidants in general related to either clearance or effectiveness of Abraxane or Cisplatin. (I can't find the original email and don't recall details, but will post them if I can find them again.)
