"Sexual Problems" Top Concern After Prostate Cancer Treatment
A UK study of 650 men (ages 50 and up, diverse ethnicities and sexual orientations) found "sexual problems" the top concern after prostate cancer treatment. Key comment in the Discussion:
"...[this study] provides strong evidence of the importance of sex lives and sexual function. Participants placed ‘sexual problems’ in their top three current concerns more commonly than any other side effect. The majority of participants with advanced disease said sexual activity was ‘fairly/very important’ to them, challenging the commonly held view that low testosterone levels typical of patients on long-term ADT equate to a lack of interest in sex."

Of note, problems with orgasm topped problems with erectile function

I will say at 51 years old my top concern is incontinence and not sexual performance. I like to hike, hunt, camp, ride horses, ride motorcycles, etc. Incontinence would make living life more difficult.
"Incontinence" is a relative term. I need to use shields in my underwear at night. They are very thin pads with adhesive, and you harldy feel them. In fact, some mornings I forget to take them out right away. And sometimes in the morning they are dry, and I re-use them one more night. During the day I don't need them, but I do have frequent urination. When I do leak at night, it's probably less than one ounce of liquid.
So, do I suffer from incontinence?
At any rate, I've gotten used to it, and I'm very happy to be alive. I still hike, ride my bike, etc.
