Which health care division provides the mental health care you mentioned? My wife had brain bleed a couple years ago. It ruined her balance. It's about half way back and not improving. She also has dementia, has good physical health, healthy diet, experienced home care professionals; but not a lot of exercise. She's not at all depressed.
