Definitely for bladder health, also. The estrace is not absorbed the same way other hormones are, so I’m told by my gynecologist. The gynourologist I see did a botox (medical grade not cosmetic) injections (lots of numbing, no pain) into my bladder. Wow! Helped the urgency 100%. It can last 3 to 6 months, paid for by Medicare and my supplement.

Who did the procedure? My mom might benefit from that.

Thanks for your post. My (female) urologist who specializes in issues of women offered me the botox injections which sounded very invasive. Thanks again for your description. I'm going to look into this further. Similar to your comment, she said that the injections have to be repeated at intervals, but reported that they had been very effective.

thanks, just started back on estrace, an it seems to help. Just generally feels better down there. hoping it will help with my uti's.
