So, I'm reading this in 2025, 8 years on, recently diagnosed with MCI, my own "caregiver", and still there are no resources to assist me in planning for my future.

When my husband was diagnosed with MCI, we started attending a dementia support group. Every month the topic is different and always helpful. It is hosted by a medical team. I hope you can find a support group of your own, to guide your next steps. Good luck to you.
