My post-ADT Dexa scan showed significant bone loss and I've been strongly encouraged to eat a lot of calcium-containing products: milk, yogurt, etc. If that doesn't help then it's going to be one of the bone strengthening drugs and I've heard those have absolutely horrible side effects.

Vitamin D +K and Magnesium Glycinate - all available on Amazon will raise your circulating D levels; after that, calcium rich foods - don’t forget the greens! - should do the trick.
