I have volara too and do not have ear issues. My advice is to call customer service to change the setting to lower values. They will ask you to contact your doctor who prescribed it, for me it is dr Griffith from NJH, to change the prescription and volara tech will come to change the setting. I had it changed low:5,15 and medium to 8 and 20 and it helped with my issue - my ribs and muscles hurt. But honestly I don’t use it twice a week or when I am in a hurry. Try it could help

Did you find your throat to be sore after continued use of the Volara? I was wondering if it's better for me to get a vest. I went to the ENT and found ulcers on my vocal cords. Said it could be caused by the bronch or treatment after. I stopped talking for 2 weeks to get my voice back. I am thinking the Volara is too strong. I will use the low setting also.
