When did you start getting vibrations? Do you notice a trigger of the vibrations and do you have them all the time or for periods of time? Are you working with a neurologist with these new symptoms and did you get an updated MRI of your brain/spine and EMG/nerve conduction study of upper and lower limbs?

What treatments have you already tried? Have you tried taking any neuropathy support supplements like alpha Lipoic acid, magnesium and Acetyl l carnitine?

I started getting very minimal vibrations about 4 years ago after I had a pinched nerve in my neck, left arm, left hand were affected. Over the past 4 years, the vibrations were mostly at night, but now I can feel them during the day as well. They are now constant. The neurologist said he doesn’t know why or what is causing these vibrations. I did not get any updated tests since the initial diagnosis 4 years ago.
I have tried gabepentin, cymbalta, neurontin, but these medications have side effects that make me feel even worse. I tried Alpha lipoic acid and magnesium. These help a little bit. I have not tried acetyl carnetine.

Be careful taking any supplements, ask your neurologist first. I had been taking some but my new neurologist told me to stop saying that it's a waste of money. I am on Nortripyline for 8 months and now I have a minimum deficit, no pain just some numbness in my toes and fingers.
