I have trays made by the oral surgeon I was working with at U of Illinois Dental Clinic. She prescribed a steroid, which I put onto the trays and then wore for 20 minutes.

@cgrasse54 you can put some gel on your finger tips and rub the affected areas, or put gel on a Qtip and apply to affected areas too. I prefer using g Qtip.
