I have been taking
Duloxetine for about five years and it works very well for me. I started out with just sertraline and added duloxetine later. After I developed a problem with Sertraline, I was able to continue with the duloxetine without needing other medications.

I was on duloxetine to treat nerve pain and the depression/ anxiety that accompanied the nerve damage. It didn't help either condition very much and l stayed on it long enough to give it a chance. Trying to taper off this drug was a nightmare and it is related to Glaucoma. I can only say be very careful if you are sensitive to medications. And I have recently noted that it has gotten bad press in the news. Had l known any of the issues were present l never would have agreed to take this drug.
