That’s amazing. I had to pay $1086 for the first month. I was told after I pay $2000 for my drugs this year then I won’t have to pay for it for the rest of the year.
May I ask what insurance you have?

I've been on Tymlos for 16 months, and our insurance changed January 1st to not completely cover it. We have to use Optum Specialty Pharmacy (they overnight it packed in ice). They've been helpful when I've had questions, and when I found out we'd have to pay for part of it, they told me to check with Tymlos about a savings card - google it to find the page - I'm still new and can't post a link yet! The savings card covered the balance - I think it was around $200/month.

I am on medicare as well and paid the same amount $1086. once $2000 total for all your meds is paid, you no longer will pay anything for the year. I am also using the specialty pharmacy that is associated with the hospital my Dr is at and this is working great. After the first visit which they educated me on the injection process, they will send monthly.
