Victor, since being diagnosed with trigeminal neuralgia, I have learned thru internet that all nerves are coated with an insulating fat called MYELIN. When. Vitamin B12 is deficient, myelin vanishes in some places. One day I took 10 pills of METHYL COBALAMIN. Pain went away. As I was unsure of long term effects, I have gone back on CABAMAZEPINE, as directed by a specialist.Goof luck.
