Any of you experienced hot flushes, fatigue or other symptoms worse than prior to stopping Orgovyx?

I had significant hot flashes and mood swings on it but nothing significant after stopping. My T returned to previous levels within 3 months.

That is very good news to hear that Testosterone was back to previous level within 3 months.
How long you were on Orgovyx and your age may be a factor for quick recovery of Testosterone.
I am 89 and I was on T for one full year. My oncologist said it will take longer for me!

You stated you are now 89. When did you start taking Orgovyx and how long before you stopped it? I am 74 and I just started taking Orgovyx 6 months ago and I don’t know when I will stop taking it. I want you to stop it now because my PSA level in now .1, down from 5.5 six months ago.

I cannot comment on withdrawal as I only started. I am only iterating what I posted to someone else. The STAMPEDE trial showed reduced side effects of ADT with metformin which could be continued even after stopping ADT.

I have been taking Orgovyx for 1 year. I had SBRT radiation. I still have my prostate. You had prostatectomy and you have Biochemical Recurrence of cancer. Apples and oranges. What I do doesn't apply to you!

My experience, 12 months on Orgovyx.

Sie effects:
Fatigue
Muscle and Joint stiffness
Weight gain
Genitalia shrinkage
Hot flashes.

When I stopped within about three weeks the fatigue, muscle and joint stiffness had gone away.

The genitalia shrinkage was corrected around three months coinciding with T recovery which was 300+ at that point.

Hot flashes, like fat cells, they are a hearty group so was 3-6 months.

Weight, well, a year later, down about 12 of the 19 pounds I gained. That probably could have been faster but not going to lie, I enjoy my Manhattans and my wife is an excellent cook.'

The side effects did not impede my life, I changed nothing, just felt better doing the same things off treatment versus on. Not exactly a brilliant discovery given our understanding of the role T plays in our systems.

Intuitively, we all know I think the validity of the advice my medical team gave me in mitigating the impact of side effects, things we control:

Diet
Exercise
Managing Stress.
