I have esophageal motility and well as Mals and dysautonomia. I had an endoscopy showing grade A Gerd. I was told there are four grades. Even though mine wasn’t higher. It hurts. I have difficulty swallowing. And caffeine makes Gerd worse every time for me. As well as anything spicy , of course. Good luck. Do they have you on a special diet? Did you do a barium swallow test? Any other go testing?
