Acidic foods can cause this and yes coffee is acidic. Don’t eat 3 hours before bedtime. Cut out fried foods. Cut out fast foods. Drink water and unsweetened almond milk which is alkaline. No Soda or booze. No smoking. No citrus, tomato products. Take a ppi if your doctor recommends one. I had Barrett’s but it’s been gone on my last 2 scopes. Eat chicken breast, green vegetables, ripe bananas are ok too. Lose the salt and sugar. Buy the book the acid watcher diet off Amazon. I do drink low acid coffee named healthwise I get off Amazon. Good luck! Let us know if it’s Barrett’s.

Hi. Can Barrett's go away????? That is great news!

Is that decaffeinated or regular healthwise coffee you buy at Amazon? I see they have both. Thank you
