If you had high levels of B6 that your doctor said caused problems, why are you considering taking more B6 again? I might ask your doctor how long to see improvement in symptoms after B6 returns to normal.

I was considering taking Peridoxal-5 Phosphate because I heard that this form of B6 does not cause nerve damage. It is one of the ingredients in the supplement for nerves sold by a co-founder of a nerve treatment center. She purports that this form is safe to take, I first want to see what others have to say about its safety and whether there are research articles.
