I do take Turmeric, however, I limit what I take. My last C Scan showed less inflammation. Don't know what helped because we do other things to help with the inflammation and mucus clearing.
Just like mucus is a good thing until you have BE, anything that becomes too much of is, as we know, a problem. Turmeric in small doses is something to give thought to. My endocrinologist said to me when I told him I take Turmeric, "I need to be taking it as well."
