Hi @scottbeammeup - having terrible spring allergies seems really challenging. I have allergies, too, but mine are not seasonal.

Did a physician weigh in on what was causing your nosebleeds from cetirizine (Zyrtec) and loratadine (Claritin) and similar medications? Other than the itchy eyes, what spring allergy symptoms are bothering you the most?

He says that they are drying my sinuses too much and I'm already predisposed to nosebleeds (have had multiple cauteries). I did try using Neosporin to see if it would lubricate the inside of my nose and prevent bleeding but it hasn't worked.

The worst symptoms I'm getting is are a stuffy nose and lots of sneezing, though the itchy eyes were the worst and that can at least be controlled with eyedrops.
