I am okay with a doctor telling me that they can't help me...but not after spending only five or six minutes with me. Several years ago, my first neurologist spent an hour and a half with me, asking questions, writing down notes by hand on a yellow, legal pad. Had me do many walking exercises. All kinds of reflex tests. Finally came up with the meds helped me get my life back. I certainly don't expect any neurologist these days to spend that kind of time, but five or six minutes is not acceptable.

I was lucky too to find a neurologist that did a full exam and ordered lots of blood work and other tests.
She made a definite diagnosis then stopped B6 that was very toxic and then started a medication that has almost eliminated my feet pain. Now my feet just have a funny feeling.
This is the advice I share with all people that I have encountered here and on my travels.
