I've had 2 liver transplants over the past 25 years. I have been taking an immune surpressant, Prograf/Tacrolimus. After my 2nd transplant in 2017, I started having pain and numbness in my feet. A Neurologist in 2018 diagnosed it as SFN and I started taking Lyrica/Pregabalin for the pain. However, most of my pain is at night with burning or freezing feelings in addition to numbness. Affects how well I sleep a lot.

Really sorry that your sleep is affected so much. One can put up with a lot if they can get good sleep.
I also take Pregabalin (100 mg. three times daily) but it is coupled with 50 mg. Tramadol, also three times a day. The combination of the two does the trick for me. I've been taking them for about four years. It's worth looking into. That said, I'm sure you have to be really careful about the medications that you can tolerate with your transplants. Prayers that you find something that helps. ~ Barb
