Yes, there are many studies done about anti-cancer effects of Cannabis sativa extracts, even studies specifically for prostate cancer and with promising results but studies were done on mice and cell cultures. That does not mean that they are not effective in humans, just that concrete studies are not done yet and hopefully will be done. (see link below)

I was fascinated with this Flaxseed study in my previous post since it actually involved PC patients.
Regarding hemp seeds ( I will have to look up what are hemp hearts )- as far as I know they are very, very healthy in general and also very tasty : ).
