Has anyone had a loosening of a hip implant while on Teriparatide?

I'v had increased back, hip and shin/leg pain since starting Teriparatide, as well as fatigue and depression. I only take every other day. I am 5'2" and just gained 4 lbs to now be 99 lbs. I have lumbar spine issues also, but did not had this much pain before starting Teriparatide It has been 7 months. I read that you have increased pain at 6 months. Why is that? Physiotherapy and chiropractic/ streteching not helping like they used to. My only relief is lying down or ice. Celebrex and Tylenol helps some, but now like it used to.

Wow, that has to be haunting and increasingly all-consuming:/.

I wish we could revise post headings on this site because I think you would have received some helpful input if your heading had just asked about pain developing after 6-7 months on teriparatide.

I had a hip replacement 13 months ago and haven't had issues. But I skipped/delayed my 1 year follow-up for when I hit 15 months post surgery instead since I will have completed 7 months on Tymlos (the other anabolic bone-builder med) by then.

I hope you can get some answers from your surgeon, your endo, your PCP, and/or from the helpful people on here!
