Just make sure you supplement with whatever else you need as well for the collagen to work inside your body such as calcium, magnesium, vitamin D3 and K2, and vitamin C. Otherwise, the collagen alone won't do the trick. That's actually where I'm at. I'm reading a book entitled 'The Healthy Bones' Nutrition Plan and Cookbook by Laura Kelly and Helen Bryman Kelly and it's been extremely informative. Wishing you nothing but the best!

I’m looking for nutrition information as well. Collagen? What year was this book
entitled 'The Healthy Bones' Nutrition Plan and Cookbook by Laura Kelly and Helen Bryman Kelly. From?

Another suggested to me was
https://www.penguinrandomhouse.com/books/57322/preventing-and-reversing-osteoporosis-by-alan-r-gaby-md-foreword-by-jonathan-v-wright-md/
But the print date was 1995 and I feel that might be too long ago?
