That fact that you are already on Lanreotide should help in your recovery if you do have a resection. Usually with Neuroendocrine cancer, surgery is a first consideration. That is not always the case though. Your team may suggest other treatments for you. You or may not be a candidate for PRRT as an example. Best of luck to you.

Thank you and my best for you as well. At this point my team, I and especially my cardiologist decided that we will watch and wait. The Lanreotide has been a very good choice for me being all of my lesions are on the inside of my liver (through out). We will revisit this again in September.
