Absolutely, my back pain is severe after 1 month of 300 mg a day. Now I have to take Tylenol every morning to function. UGH! Any suggestions?

Same here, I thought it was me and a bad back, I was a smoke Jumper and retired from the US Forest Service as a firefighter. And was in the Navy as a Boat driver in Vietnam on the rivers there. Not had a back problem until I started the Gabapentin 900 mg a day. Let me know what you find out on back problems???
