For LC GI issues, I started taking a specific probiotic twice a day about 6 weeks ago that was developed for ameliorating LC GI dysfunction. The brand is YourGut+, and it’s reasonably priced ~$30 for a month’s supply (including shipping). It isn’t a miracle medication, but it has helped my gut function (which was awful since long before I got LC). It does have added vitamin D, so you just need to be careful not to supplement with additional vitamin D if you take it.
