I was diagnosed with Bx around 10 years ago after many years of coughing and some evidence of asthma.
For the last 3 years I have been nebbing with hypertonic saline which has been a game changer in terms of warding off infections.
However over that time the amount of sputum I am extracting has been increasing to the point where it is regularly one and a half cups, around 10oz. Yesterday I produced 2 x7oz cups...often I feel that my throat is so sensitive that I could easily choke.
I saw somewhere, on Facebook, and possibly on this site, some research that recommended the use of Lignosis, organic tiger milk mushroom, which has been used in parts of Asia for centuries, for respiratory health. My order arrived today, and I have taken one sachet of the powder. By this time of the day without my second nebbing I would be normally be coughing and spitting and feeling the build up...but it us not that bad.
I am sure that just that one sachet has already helped! I am so hopeful.
I am sure others here have tried this. I would love to hear your story. It is expensive but if it works, it is definitely worth it.
Please share your experiences with Lignosis.
