Glad you had a successful surgery. yes, abdominal pain is real, especially in the lower right quadrant area. Hurts the most when you cough or sneeze even if i tried to suppress them but it got better for me over the last six weeks. I had to sleep on a recliner as getting up from it was easier for me than the bed as i could use my arms to push off the recliner.

Your comments made me vividly remember trying to get out of bed that first week; thank goodness my wife was there to grab my ankles, turn me 90 degrees, pull me into a sitting position and then heave me into an upright stance🤣. Laughing now but it wasn’t so funny then…
But it gets better quickly and soon you’ll be speed walking with your catheter bag in a shopping bag.
Where did you wind up getting your surgery after leaving Dodge??
