I had sudden onset stomach inflammation, but no ulcer as far as I know, and it came along with tinnitus and also Gerd, which I had never had before, and then a few nights ago I felt that internal vibrating sensation that you were describing. I looked up the symptoms online and found that they could be from long Covid. I wasn’t aware that I ever had Covid, but in mid November, suddenly out of nowhere, I was sick for a couple weeks and couldn’t eat, and had terrible diarrhea. My stomach is still not right. I have no idea what’s going on. I Have read that Gerd can cause tinnitus. I would think esophagitis is the same thing, right? I’ve been thinking of going to a clinic and having a colonoscopy or something because I can’t figure out what’s wrong. It’s really seems to be getting better, but not fast enough. Plus, I’m exhausted all the time and having insomnia. I hope we can figure out what’s going on. Let me know if you get any info and I’ll try to do the same. I hear you and I feel your pain!
