I have had panic attacks and empathize with you. Talk with a doctor/psychiatrist about medications for nerve pain (like Cymbalta, gabapentin and Lyrica), and medication for panic attacks (antidepressants like Zoloft/sertraline).

It would be good to ask your neurologist to do a small fiber neuropathy skin punch biopsy and EMG/nerve conduction study. Keep an eye on bringing down your abnormally high vitamin B6 and B12 since that causes neuropathy.

Alsoha Lipoic acid, Acetyl l carnitine and magnesium supplements can help neuropathy. You can work with a nutritionist on diet/supplements for neuropathy and reducing inflammation.

How is your vitamin D level? Have you been tested for diabetes/sugar level? How is your iron level? How is your thyroid?
