I have been looking at this device
I get some relief with my Tens unit, is this similar to or different is what I am trying to find out
Any help would be appreciated

Yes they are convenient to use. I cannot go on without this device, only expensive for me and have to re order the replacement pads often if you are not careful in using them. But they really work for me.
