Does Mayo endorse specific neuropathy supplements or cures?
I have just seen an ad that says Mayo Clinic endorses it product. It is called Nerve Freedom. Does Mayo indeed back that product??

Welcome @rvmassey, I think we are all waiting for that miracle to come along. I also wish we could just get over it and have a great rest of our lives. It's good to see that you have found something that at least provides some temporary relief. Do you have pain with your neuropathy or just numbness/tingling?
I agree whole heartily, I have spent a lot of money falling for these so called miracle products. I am waiting for that break through cure to happen.
Any comments on new non-opoid called JOURNAVX just approved by FDA?
Has anyone tried nerve freedom? I just started taking it.
Never heard of it. Whats the active ingredients?
There is no cure. Whomever claims there is should be locked up, particularly if they are selling you something. All snake oil
Nerve Freedom has the same general ingredients as Nervive an other similar nerve supplements. A large discount store has their brand for FAR less than the name brands. A doctor suggested that I just take 600-700 alpha lipoic acid instead of an expensive supplement with that as the primary active ingredient. I agree with bgbear2. How do you think the former cop got those polo ponies that he talks about?
I asked about this. Doc says it is for acute pain, not long-term pain.
