The burning pain I have experienced could come from either or both diagnoses I have. They are complex regional pain syndrome CRPS or small fiber neuropathy dx by biopsy. I use lidocaine prilocaine cream and lidocaine 5% pain patches. Hope a doctor you see might check you out for these not well known problems.
