Thank you for this information. I will look into the book by Wentz. I have Hashimoto’s and now I’m hypothyroid (needed to remove a large suspicious nodule with my right lobe and they also found a micro cancer). No doctor suggested anything beyond taking levothyroxine (75mcg then increased to 100 mcg). I still have many symptoms that my diet may be behind (eat all 3 of those Wentz suggests eliminating).

Sorry to hear you have Hashimoto’s with Hypothyroidism. I will be having another scan of my Thyroid this year, last year I had no nodules, but will continue checking as my daughter had Thyroid Cancer 2 years ago. She’s doing well. You just might cure yourself eliminating those 3 foods. Good luck!
