Incontinence and pain in hands?

I too, have very painful finger pain when urinating, but it only happens with a UTI. My UTI's come on fast and furiously. The urethral pain and spasm start at the same time the fingers become painful, just at the end of a small amount of urination. From a twinge to full-blown onset of pain, bleeding and fever can be as short as 2 hours. I figured I'm the only one in the world who might be experiencing this, so I thought I'd ask Google. I'm glad I did!

Welcome @kiwi1088. And I’m glad Google directed you to Mayo Connect! 😁 I think you’ll find the forum a great place for all kinds of support for 70+ health related groups. Even some for shooting the breeze with others such as this one:
Just Want to Talk! https://connect.mayoclinic.org/group/other/

There are also myriad conversations regarding UTI’s in the Kidney and Bladder support group. Here’s the result of a quick search I just did by typing in UTI in the top search bar: https://connect.mayoclinic.org/search/?search=UTI

UTIs are so unpleasant! Have you tried any longterm antibiotic therapy or some of the newer products on the market to prevent UTIs such as Uqora?
