Reducing lupron hot flashes with Black Cohosh?
My urologist has suggested using Black Cohosh for reducing hot flashes 9 months after receiving a 6 month Lupron injection and 4 months after radiation.
Seeing how it’s a supplement could guys who have used it tell me their results, dosage they took and how often.

Give it a try, but I read a paper where it stated it works for women.....but for men....not so much.

2 ReactionsMy sister mentioned it helped her hot flashes during menopause, and I looked into it as well. Based on what I was able to find, it did not really have the same benefits in most men. The flip side is that there were no apparent negative effects in men either.
