I was on Wegovy through the .25, .50, 1.25, 1.75 and then the 2.4.
I had almost no reaction to all the dose levels below 2.4. There was a slight reduction at dinner in appetite but beyond that my appetite remained ferocious.
My wife has a serious medical condition and I did not start my 2.4 dose on time. It was more than 5 weeks when I finished the 1.75 before I started the 2.4. When I took the shot within 2 hours became nauseated. Woke next morning nausated and vomited. Felt terrible and by noon vomited again. Called my PCP and got into Mayo on a acute visit. Nothing they could do but let the drug wean off me other than eat clear liquids. I could not take a nausea pill due to other medical conditions.
The vomiting stopped but I felt terrible. Sluggish, upset stomach, headache, YUK! It took 5 weeks to feel normal again and my stomach, digestion, bowel movements to return to normal.
Did your medical provider provide you with diet advice? Looks like you are eating high fiber and hard to digest foods. Wegovy slows your digestion sysmtem down. It is why you feel full and don't feel need to eat. However if you then eat hard to digest foods it will slow down even more.
Talk to your medical providers about diet recommendations. Consider eating more easilty digested food that you are. What I ate was mashed potatoes. I would leave in mouth until almost water and help me tremedously wity my nausea and digesting issues.
WEGOVY has a patient help web site and counselors. Can you access that. I know they contacted me with a counselor. I am jealous of others that had these weight reduction medications work but other than the 2.5 dose did not result in weight loss in fact gained weight.
Good luck!

Thanks for sharing your experience. You mentioned WEGOVY patient help website and counselors, I checked out website and under FAQ saw Wegovy®, WeGoTogether. Is that support you were talking about?
Did you use? If so, would you recommend to others?
