I believe they have briefly checked my thyroid but I will have them recheck, I appreciate that comment, as far as the iron, they mention I am anemic and had very low D which I have been taking prescribed D dosages and multivitamins to help increase those numbers. Everything under the sun has been negative except the titer ANA and the light chains, but nothing seems to worry anyone so far I guess minus the prediabetes.
Thank you for the reply and things to have checked!

Hello, thanks for sharing. This is my 3rd year in long Covid, my symptoms are primarily chest and airway pain, breathing difficulty and fatigue. ANA positive but doctors say not enough to indicate anything. Did your doctor mentioned anything about ANA or autoimmune issue?

Wow…that’s a lot of symptoms, which may or may not be linked, but as someone with 5 years Long Covid in the UK but with prior diabetes ( type 3c), hypothyroidism/ Hashimoto’s and fibromyalgia I cannot link your symptoms to those diseases. I was thinking have you had your B12 levels properly tested, as some of your symptoms link to pernicious anemia especially since you already have low vit D and I presume ferritin diagnosed. Some LC sufferers are also getting problems with B1. In the UK it can take years to get persistent B12 and/ or iron anemias to be tested ( unfortunately some of these tests have a 50% incorrect result rates…good if they say ‘positive’ but not necessary correctly interpreted as ‘negative’.), and then treated adequately in dosage or timings of for eg injections perhaps even daily and not 4-monthly, as GPs just don’t understand vitamins and minerals!
