There should be many good doctors in your area. Look for an osteoporosis specialist or bone clinic. There are lot of good drs in Chicago area, and Mayo of course...depending on what part of WI you are in.
I had a great dr that went private unfortunately...Dr Kristi DeSapri. She's in north suburbs Chicago. She does menopause/HRT counseling and treatment and bone health. But it's $3000 a year to use their clinic. https://boneandbodywh.com/about-dr-kristi-tough-desapri/
Barnes Jewish in St Louis has a bone clinic. I found a nice dr here, but that's too far for you I'm sure. They're all going to have the same drugs they use. You're going to need a bone builder like Tymlos, Forteo or Evenity most likely like myself...my T's are in the 4's and I'm in my 50s, and I can't tolerate the antiresportives, so this is my last hope for something.

Oh gosh. I hope you can improve your scores! It’s crazy to be so young and get scores like that!
I do have an appointment next week at crowder outside Milwaukee. Also another in Cleveland later in April if needed. I’m hoping they go one of the routes suggesting a bone builder med.
I did locate a good number of doctors who are either retired or no longer taking new patients. But hoping one of the two is more helpful for me.
