I took hydrox for 2.5 yrs after I was diagnosed with tick transmitted PMR. VERY tick literate doctor diagnosed me instantly after the REALLY painful onset. An RA doctor wouldn't agree that it was from the tick bite and added meth to my meds. Then I developed type 2 diabetes. I'm 68 now in pretty good shape no soda try to watch the sugar got on some other meds (Mounjaro the latest) by family doc. Just read that the methotrexate can induce type 2 ! Before my next RA appt I'm going to wean myself off the meth (10mg every Fri.) and monitor my sugar.

Very good. Before I take any new drugs I research the side effects and the side effect percentage of how often it happens compared to how many people took the drug. I’m really tired of pharmaceutical companies selling a cure and when you use it you’re now stuck with some other condition to treat. Some conditions worse than what you started with 🧐
