I have been using ombra for over a year and so far so good and I use it a lot. It is not loud and I take it with me when I travel short. I am planning to buy another compressor nebulizer and think about drive devillbis compact compressor. I also have an unexpensive medline compressor which I received through my insurance almost three years ago - still good and I donated it to my husband.

I had one more thought. Somewhere on just nebulizers website there is a chart/ table of all kinds of nebulizers with all specifications such as PSI and size of produced particles. I still can’t understand if output higher PSI is better than the lower. There is also PSI number during nebulizing- so it’s confusing so may be you will figure it out and share here. Thank you
