Is this normal on ADT? Body hair gone

I am looking for anyone with experience living with zero Testosterone after ADT. Have had zero (undetectable) Testosterone for about two years and find memory fading fast, muscle mass evaporating, and tired all the time. Does it get better, or will it be a constant decline until death?

It got a fair bit better for me eventually (I started ADT in 2021), even before switching from injections to Orgovyx, but it's definitely a new normal. Lots of light activity like long walks and moderate weights helped me a lot, once my legs started working again after the spinal compression from the lesion. YMMV.

Hi ikep, you should speak to a medical oncologist. You could be a candidate for supplemental T therapy since you’ve been off ADT for two years with no rebound.
